Eckley M. Keach III

Eckley Keach is a seasoned trial lawyer with a proven record of success for his clients in and out of the courtroom. Throughout his career, Eckley has represented clients in a variety of matters ranging from sexual assault, civil rights, personal injury and complex commercial litigation.

Eckley began his legal career as a Deputy District Attorney in the criminal division of the Clark County District Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, Eckley fiercely pursued justice for victims of crime. He handled hundreds of felony cases, focusing primarily on high level narcotics trafficking and counterterrorism investigations. Eckley transitioned to private practice at an Am Law 200 firm where he worked in civil litigation handling complex commercial cases involving multi-million dollar disputes. He has defended national and international clients at various stages of litigation. Through his pro bono work, Eckley prevailed in a federal prisoners’ rights jury trial against the State, resulting in a six-figure verdict for his client.

Eckley graduated with a JD/MBA from the University of Southern California, earning an additional graduate certificate in entertainment law. During law school, Eckley was senior content editor for the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. Eckley served as a legal extern for the Honorable Cam Ferenbach of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Following law school, he served for two years as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Johnnie B. Rawlinson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
