Brian L. Williams

Brian Williams is an accomplished trial lawyer who has served as lead counsel in high-stakes trials throughout the State of California. Mr. Williams is a Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a prestigious invitation-only national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges. He has also served as a Speaker at the College of Trial Advocacy program presented by the Orange County Bar Association, which is designed to teach other attorneys the skills necessary to become an effective trial lawyer.
Mr. Williams is a passionate advocate for his clients.
He has spent his career concentrating on litigation of civil actions involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death, sexual abuse, public entities, employment litigation, business and contract disputes, and actions involving violations of civil rights. In addition to his prowess as a trial lawyer, Mr. Williams regularly represents his clients in mediations and arbitrations.
Mr. Williams is equally proficient at representing plaintiffs and defendants. Prior to joining Greenberg Gross, Mr. Williams served as Chief Trial Counsel for the City of Huntington Beach, an in-house position that allowed him to give back to the community. In this role, Mr. Williams served as lead trial counsel for the City and its employees in both state and federal court proceedings. Mr. Williams was also a Shareholder at his own law firm for over a decade, where he helped lead a group of experienced trial lawyers in difficult, high exposure cases.
