Brian Suba is an experienced trial lawyer focused on institutional childhood sexual abuse. He brings a broad litigation background and a disciplined trial approach to cases that require both rigorous legal analysis and sensitivity to the experiences of those he represents.
Before joining Greenberg Gross, Mr. Suba spent more than a decade representing clients in the transportation, retail, and hospitality industries in complex litigation matters. His prior work included commercial disputes, employment litigation, products liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic personal injury cases, many of which involved high-profile, high-exposure claims in state and federal courts. This experience provides him with valuable insight into how large organizations assess risk, defend claims, and litigate complex matters; knowledge he now applies on behalf of survivors.
During law school, Mr. Suba interned with the Multiple Conflicts Office in San Diego County, where he represented indigent individuals charged in some of the most serious homicide and special circumstances cases. This early experience reinforced the importance of careful preparation, constitutional protections, and principled advocacy in high-stakes matters.
Today, Mr. Suba devotes himself to advocating for survivors of childhood sexual abuse. He approaches each case with focus, respect, and a commitment to accountability, guiding clients through the legal process with compassionate and informed representation.
