Tara Moossaian

Tara Moossaian is an associate at Greenberg Gross LLP.  Her practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in employment disputes involving claims of workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.  Ms. Moossaian’s work includes all aspects of case management in employment law matters. She has worked on a variety of employment cases against private and public employers in both state and federal court, as well as in arbitration.  Ms. Moossaian provides specific guidance to each client based on their individual situations and experiences.  Ms. Moossaian has successfully resolved disputes for her clients through her impressive legal writing skills, taking and defending depositions, and unwavering oral advocacy in mediations and hearings.

At Greenberg Gross LLP, Ms. Moossaian prides herself on taking a client-centered approach to representing plaintiffs in disputes against their former employers. She understands that many clients might feel a power imbalance between them and their former employers. Ms. Moossaian does not shy away from advocating for clients who wish to pursue claims for violations of employment laws against any employer, no matter how large or powerful.  She understands that for many clients, this is the first time they have sought to hold their employers accountable for injustices in the workplace. Ms. Moossaian values educating clients on the process of pursuing their employment law claims, maintaining proactive and open communication, and serving as a reliable resource for clients from inception of the legal representation.

Ms. Moossaian received her law degree from USC Gould School of Law, where she was a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program and served as Vice President of the Armenian Law Students Association.  During law school, Ms. Moossaian served as a judicial extern for the Honorable David J. Cowan, who was the Supervising Judge of the Probate Division for the Los Angeles Superior Court.  In that role, Ms. Moossaian gained significant experience in various procedural and substantive issues in probate law.  Ms. Moossaian received her undergraduate degree from UC Santa Barbara, summa cum laude, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.  Ms. Moossaian’s significant academic achievements at UC Santa Barbara led to her being the sole recipient of the Terry Dearborn Memorial Award.

Ms. Moossaian’s strong dedication to supporting employees who have faced injustice at work, combined with her solid legal and educational foundation, makes her exceptionally qualified to advocate for her clients.
