He also assists clients who have been retaliated against for whistleblowing or subjected to unlawful pay practices. His experience spans a wide range of industries, including finance, legal, hospitality, retail, technology, healthcare, marketing, and media.
Mr. Shah also represents survivors of abuse outside the workplace, including victims of elder abuse and nursing home neglect. He is known for his thoughtful, client-centered approach to cases involving trauma, with an emphasis on accountability, dignity, and informed decision-making throughout the legal process.
For more than a decade, Mr. Shah has devoted himself to representing individuals who have been abused or harmed in unjust settings, though he began his legal career defending companies in civil litigation.
