Before joining Greenberg Gross, Ms. Dunn spent nearly a decade at a large global law firm, where she handled a wide range of complex litigation matters. Her experience includes business and contract disputes, public entity litigation, employment matters, disability rights cases, products liability, and catastrophic personal injury claims. This broad foundation informs her work in sexual assault cases, particularly those involving institutional defendants, layered legal issues, and extensive discovery.
Ms. Dunn later served as in-house litigation counsel for the City of Huntington Beach, representing the City in matters involving civil rights, personal injury, and employment litigation. This experience provides her with a deep understanding of how public entities evaluate risk, manage litigation, and make decisions — knowledge that is especially valuable when advocating for survivors in cases against government agencies and other large institutions.
