Emily R. Mayers

Emily Mayers is an attorney at Greenberg Gross LLP whose practice primarily focuses on advocating for survivors of childhood sexual assault and assisting them through the litigation process.
Ms. Mayers graduated cum laude from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Women’s Law Journal. While pursuing her law degree, she served as an extern for the Honorable Donna Ryu, United States Magistrate Judge, Northern District of California. She was also a student attorney in the Individual Representation Clinic where she advocated for plaintiffs in employment claims by drafting demand letters, filing complaints, and negotiating settlements. In addition, Ms. Mayers was a competitor at the International Chamber of Commerce Negotiation Competition in Paris, France.
Prior to law school, Ms. Mayers worked as a ninth-grade English teacher in Cairo, Egypt.
